A republic in the middle of the channel
Ilhabela is an archipelago: four islands and eleven islets, cut off from the mainland by a deep, windy channel. Its own territory, forest, wind and sea — and people who do not disappear when the season ends. Republic is no metaphor here.
Ilhabela Republic was born from that. Three houses share the same essence without repeating the same formula: each answers to the neighbourhood it sits in and to the hour of the day. What never changes is the baseline — exceptional coffee, proper food and hospitality without fuss.
